I coach leaders to perform better, every day. I also assist them with their key negotiations, difficult conversations and conflicts, so that they excel at management of key relationships. I do this via one-on-one coaching and consulting supported by digital technologies. In all aspects of my coaching work I rely heavily on modern behavioural science. 

If you face a commercial dispute or there is a conflict in your team, which is threatening the mission, I can mediate to restore key relationships and help find workable solutions in a safe, confidential environment. 

Building on my 20+ years of experience in professional services and deep understanding of inherent pressures and challenges, I work extensively with professional service firm clients on their leadership and communication challenges.

I am also a partner at Alvarez & Marsal, a global leader in crisis solutions, where I focus on conflict management and restructuring of business relationships. Throughout my career I built 4 successful professional services businesses, including my own firm.

Book a free strategy session

Once you have completed the assessments, I'll send you a link to my calendar, where you can select a time and a book a first, free session with me. We shall meet, explore your situation and see if there is a good fit.

Register in the coaching system

In my coaching work I use a learning and behaviour change platform, which supports my coaching through digital processes grounded in behavioural economics.

With some exceptions I work on a bi-weekly basis (and you can book additional sessions as needed).
